What the numbers show

FY2025 obligations were down 84.2% from $151.1 million in FY2024, and compare with an average of $196.4 million a year over FY2015–FY2024. The highest year since FY2015 was FY2020, at $299.6 million. In total, $2.0 billion was obligated over FY2015–FY2025.
