What the numbers show

FY2025 obligations were down 66.9% from $524.6 million in FY2024, and compare with an average of $794.5 million a year over FY2015–FY2024. The highest year since FY2015 was FY2016, at $916.4 million. In total, $8.1 billion was obligated over FY2015–FY2025.
