What the numbers show

FY2025 obligations were down 35.2% from $164.4 million in FY2024, and compare with an average of $244.6 million a year over FY2015–FY2024. The highest year since FY2015 was FY2015, at $771.8 million. In total, $2.6 billion was obligated over FY2015–FY2025.
