What the numbers show

FY2025 obligations were down 56.1% from $246.9 million in FY2024, and compare with an average of $178.8 million a year over FY2015–FY2024. The highest year since FY2015 was FY2024, at $246.9 million. In total, $1.9 billion was obligated over FY2015–FY2025.
