What the numbers show

FY2025 obligations were up 86.0% from $154.9 million in FY2024, and compare with an average of $116.3 million a year over FY2015–FY2024. The highest year since FY2015 was FY2017, at $418.8 million. In total, $1.5 billion was obligated over FY2015–FY2025.
