What the numbers show

FY2025 obligations were down 90.5% from $280.3 million in FY2024, and compare with an average of $89.8 million a year over FY2015–FY2024. The highest year since FY2015 was FY2024, at $280.3 million. In total, $924.0 million was obligated over FY2015–FY2025.

The agency that managed the most aid for Kosovo in FY2025 was the U.S. Agency for International Development ($17.3 million, 65.4% of the total). By sector, the largest was Program Support ($8.4 million, 31.5%). That sector includes: Direct Administrative Costs; Monitoring and Evaluation.
