What the numbers show

FY2025 obligations were down 101.3% from $755.0 million in FY2024, and compare with an average of $3.8 billion a year over FY2015–FY2024. The highest year since FY2015 was FY2015, at $8.3 billion. In total, $38.4 billion was obligated over FY2015–FY2025.
